Return Policy – Damaged Products

  2. Unpackaging Video: To verify the damage, we require a video showing the unboxing of the product. This will help us ensure that the damage occurred during shipping and not after the item was opened.

  3. Return Process: Once we verify the damage, we will guide you on how to return the item. In most cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  4. Replacement or Refund: After receiving the damaged product, we will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.

Please note that products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding and aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.
